a) Targets

• Children on the move, neglected children, children in contact with the law and parents at high risk for or engaged in abusive or neglectful behaviors.

b) Outcomes

• Children who are victims of abuse, neglect and trafficking are safe guarded, and protected from further/consecutive damages and traumas to lead normal life;
• Children with minor offenses & misbehaving children are treated in a community based child protection centres;

c) Strategic Interventions

• Strengthening the community based care and support service using community based correction/protection centres (CBCC) for children in contact with the law and other misbehaving children.
• Reunifying trafficked children or children on the move into their families. 
• Promotion of child to child support.
